His father, a manufacturer of high quality period furniture, taught Duncan the value of attention to detail and demonstrated a tireless work ethic that has continued to bear influence in the way that Duncan Taylor

Jo Hampton Office Administrator |
Jo Hampton keeps an eye on the financial management and payroll repsonsibilities that keeps the DTB engine humming. Jo is dedicated to streamlining the office functioning, allowing the team to focus on the construction process. A meticulous eye for detail with excellent time management and multi-tasking skills, Jo keeps the DTB ship sailing strongly. |

Lance Doody -Worked as a carpenter for 14 years, doing his apprenticeship, moving up to foreman before eventually working as a self-employed builder while undertaking his Quantity Surveying qualification.
Since 1993 Lance has been a full time Quantity Surveyor working on both residential and large commercial projects, and joined our team in 2011.
The combination of both qualifications means Lance brings a trade experienced, practical approach to the job as well as a high level of competency in project costing and administration. Lance provides support for the architects, clients and staff involved in the project. |

Craig Fraser -Joined Duncan Taylor Builders in 1996, working his way up to foreman and is now our Head Foreman.

Zane Gray -Joined Duncan Taylor Builders in 1999, Zane has been a Senior Foreman for a number of years and has also been responsible for the construction of a number of DTB homes including Whareora Tce.
