College House

This project was a replacement of a heritage building. As such, it was designed and built to exactly match the old building’s details. It now replicates the previous original block designed by Warren and Mahoney.

The completion of this project was the culmination of years of work at College House, renovating the student accommodation block during the Christmas break over several years. As such, this project required a commitment to time frames which was met every time.
